Chocolates and fruits are a match made in culinary heaven. Dark chocolate complements the tartness of berries and citrus while milk chocolate pairs well with sweet fruits like bananas and pears.

Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

Fresh, juicy strawberries are dipped in melted dark, milk, or white chocolate, then left to set. They can be decorated with toppings such as chopped nuts or coconut flakes.

Chocolate Raspberry Tart

This tart features a buttery chocolate crust filled with a rich chocolate ganache and topped with fresh raspberries. The tart can be glazed with a raspberry jam too.

Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

This moist and flavourful bread can be enjoyed as a dessert, snack, or even breakfast treat. Adding nuts or a swirl of Nutella can make it even more decadent.

Chocolate Berry Parfait

Layers of chocolate mousse or pudding are alternated with fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, and topped with whipped cream or yoghurt.

Chocolate Mango Mousse

A tropical twist on the classic mousse, this dessert combines smooth chocolate mousse with layers of fresh mango puree.

Chocolate Pineapple Skewers

Fresh pineapple chunks are skewered and then dipped in melted chocolate. Grilling the pineapple before dipping adds a caramelised flavour.

Chocolate And Cherry Cake

This cake is a delightful blend of the richness of chocolate with the sweet-tart flavour of cherries. Between each layer of moist chocolate sponge there is a generous spread of cherry filling.
