Chocolates and fruits are a match made in culinary heaven. Dark chocolate complements the tartness of berries and citrus while milk chocolate pairs well with sweet fruits like bananas and pears.
Fresh, juicy strawberries are dipped in melted dark, milk, or white chocolate, then left to set. They can be decorated with toppings such as chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
This tart features a buttery chocolate crust filled with a rich chocolate ganache and topped with fresh raspberries. The tart can be glazed with a raspberry jam too.
