An Indian beverage called Paan Gulkand Sharbat is created with betel leaves and rose petal preserve.
10 Betel leaves 4 tablespoons Gulkand 2 tablespoons Honey 4 cups Milk , cold 1/4 cup Mixed nuts , (almond and pistachios), roughly pounded 1/2 cup Ice cubes
Gather all the above mentioned ingredients, needed to make the Paan Gulkand Sharbat.
To begin, use a mixer grinder to ground the betel leaves and a little water into a fine paste.
Now, Place the paste in a large bowl. Add Almonds, pistachios, honey, gulkand, chilled milk, and ice cubes.
As soon as the gulkand and honey are completely dissolved, whisk the mixture slowly.
For a cool summer treat, serve the Paan Gulkand Sharbat chilled! Enjoy with your family and friends.
