1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon honey 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Toppings of your choice (e.g., fruits, nuts, seeds, granola)
Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, top with your favourite toppings, such as fruits, nuts, seeds, or granola.
