Rava chilla is the quickest solution to your hunger pangs. It is healthy, delicious, and easy to cook even when you have no time to spare in the kitchen. Follow this step-by-step guide.
2 cups rava 1 cup curd 1 cup water 1 chopped tomato 1 chopped onion ½ cup boiled corn 1 tbsp fruit salt Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp red chilli powder Oil as needed 1 tsp lemon juice
Mix rava, water, and curd in a bowl. Keep it aside.
Chop the vegetables and toss them together in salt, red chilli powder, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle fruit salt in rava batter to ensure the chilla comes out crispy.
Spread a thin layer of rava batter on a hot griddle.
Roast both sides a bit. Sprinkle vegetable mix on the upper side.
Once the base is crispy, enjoy rava dosa with ketchup or green chutney.
