When you are too lazy to cook, you can create a raita and enjoy it with stuffed parathas. It is a creamy concoction that completes an Indian thali. While there are many variants of it, try this onion raita recipe.
2 cups curd 3-4 tbsp water ½ tsp cumin powder 1 chopped onion ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Add curd to a bowl and whisk it with water for a smoother consistency.
Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and cumin powder. Stir the ingredients.
Add onions and combine them well.
Check the consistency of raita. You can add more water if it is too thick.
Refrigerate raita before serving.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it with stuffed paratha.
