Paneer cubes 100g Whole garam masala Cinnamon sticks 1 inch Cloves 3-4 Green cardamoms 2-3 pods Star anise 1 Caraway seeds 1 tsp Basmati rice 2 cups Ghee 2 tbsp + 3 tbsp Chopped Carrots 1/4 cup Few Cashew nuts Few Raisins Roasted Nutmeg & Mace powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Sugar 2 tbsp

Soak basmati rice for 1 hr. Heat ghee in a deep vessel fry paneer cubes slightly & set aside. Then fry cashews & raisins, set aside.

Heat some ghee in the same vessel, add caraway seeds, whole garam masala & chopped carrots, fry for few minutes.

Add soaked basmati rice & fry for 2-3 min. Now add bay leaves, salt, sugar & water, bring to boil & cover & cook for 5 min on low flame.
