Oats Uttapam For Weight Loss: Healthy And Delicious

Ingredients

1 cup oats 1/2 cup semolina 1 cup yogurt 1 tsp cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 onion 1 tomato 1 green capsicum, 1/2 tsp Green chilllies Salt to taste 2 tsp olive oil 3/4 tsp Ginger Pinch of edible soda Pinch of asafoetida Coriander leaves to garnish

Step 1

In a blender, grind oats and semolina. Also, add pinch of asafoetida.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add the grind oats mixture along with curd, grated ginger, cumin powder, soda, red chili powder and other spices.

Step 3

Make a thick batter and keep it aside for 9 to 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add chopped tomato, onion and other veggies to the batter and give it a good mix.

Step 5

Heat a non-stick pan and add oil. Add a ladleful of batter and cook the uttapam from both sides. Serve!
