Smoothies can be your morning partner, especially during winter. If you wake up late or are not ready to prepare breakfast, you can simply prepare a glass of oats smoothie and load your body with energy and fibre.
1 tbsp peanut butter ¼ cup oats ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 banana ½ cup unsweetened almond milk Ice is optional ½ tsp ground cinnamon A sprinkle of salt
Grind oats first so that they blend easily with milk.
Add other ingredients to the blender and grind them into a smooth paste.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Add cinnamon powder on top and garnish with crushed nuts (optional).
Drink the smoothie or serve it with breakfast.
