Oats are often associated with breakfast with dishes like smoothies and porridge can even be used to make your favourite flatbread. Oats roti is a great way to add some variety to your diet, along with loading up on fibre. Here's an easy recipe that you can try:
1 cup oat flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour Salt Warm water Oil or ghee for cooking
Mix oat flour, whole wheat flour, and salt.
Gradually add warm water to make a smooth dough. Divide into balls and roll out thin rotis.
Cook on a hot griddle with oil or ghee until golden brown spots appear.
Serve hot with curry or your favourite side dish.
