With the cool breeze blowing across the country, it is time to indulge in the goodness and warmth of healthy soups. This oats and mushroom soup is packed with nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Apart from providing several health benefits, it keeps the body warm during chilly weather. Tap to know to how to make this soup in an easy way:

1 tsp desi ghee 3-4 garlic cloves 1 onion 1 cup mushroom 1 cup oats ½ cup water 1 tsp garam masala ½ tsp black pepper

Wash and chop the mushroom into small pieces

Heat ghee in a wok and saute onion and garlic

Add the mushroom and cook for 5 minutes

In the meantime, blend oats and water

Add the slurry to the partially cooked mushroom and stir well

Add salt and garam masala. Cook for 15-20 minutes
