Nutritious Ragi Dosa Batter To Stock Up For Weekend Breakfasts

Loaded with plenty of fibre and minerals, ragi dosas are a powerhouse breakfast option to strike a fine balance between health and taste. Enjoy the dosa along with chutneys, podi or a comforting bowl of sambar for a hearty and filling meal to begin your day.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup ragi flour ½ cup rice flour ½ cup urad dal ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds Salt, to taste Water, as needed

STEP 1

Soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water for at least 6 hours before grinding until smooth and fluffy.

STEP 2

Add the rice and ragi flour to the ground mixture and let it rest for 8-10 hours or overnight.

STEP 3

Add in some water to adjust consistency before seasoning with salt and using as needed.
