1.5 cups Sprouted Moong 2 cups Spinach 4 qts Garlic 1 tsp Ginger 2 qts Green Chilli 1 tsp Salt 1 tbs cumin seeds 2 onions in small cut Oil for roasting
Wash spinach and chop it. In a mixer jar add sprouted moong,spinach,garlic,ginger,cumin seeds,green chili and water.
Add salt and required amount of water and adjust the consistency.
Heat the iron tawa or non stick tawa apply some oil and pour the batter spread evenly.
