Made with acacia gum and dry fruits, this yummy laddoos keeps our body warm during winters. Here is an easy recipe to make gond ke laddoo at home.

100 g edible gum crystals, broken 100 g ghee 50 g almonds, coarsely powdered 50 g dried dates, coarsely powdered 2 tbsp dry coconut, grated 1 tbsp poppy seeds ¼ tsp nutmeg powder 150 g jaggery

Heat ghee in a skillet and fry gond till they fluff up.

Cool and crush the gond into a coarse powder. Dry roast dates, almonds, poppy seeds and coconut then mix them with gum powder.

Add nutmeg powder and mix well. Melt jaggery in a pan and cook till it becomes a syrup of one-string consistency. Add it to the prepared mixture. Mix everything well.

Now, quickly roll the mixture into laddoos, cool completely and enjoy.
