1 cup mixed sprouts 1 cucumber, finely chopped 1 tomato, diced ½ red onion, diced 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Chopped mint leaves Sprinkle of chaat masala ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
