Broccoli is healthy and a must-have in winter. It has several essential nutrients that boost the immunity of your body. However, if you don’t like its taste, prepare this soup and enjoy it.
1 chopped onion 5 tbsp butter 2 cups vegetable broth 1 stalk celery 8 cups broccoli florets 1 tsp black pepper Salt to taste 2 cups milk
Add butter to a heavy bottom pan and cook onion and celery in it.
Add broccoli to the pan and cook until the florets are soft.
Keep these ingredients aside to cool off.
Blend the vegetables into a smooth or coarse paste.
Add more oil to the pan and cook the blend along with milk and broth.
After the ingredients come to a boil, add croutons and serve the dish.
