Made with fresh betel leaves, gulkand and gung curd, this delicious and healthy smoothie is perfect to start your day.

Ingredients

4 tbsp fresh betel leaves 1 tbsp gulkand 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional) 1 cup thick curd/hung curd Fresh rose petals for garnish

Step 1

Wash betel leaf, remove stem and chop it.

Step 2

Blend betel leaf and gulkand in a paste.

Step 3

Now blend curd, cardamom powder and this paste nicely. Refrigerate it.
