During Navratri, paneer becomes a favourite ingredient for vrat food due to its high protein content and versatility. It is light, easy to digest and can be prepared in many ways to keep you satisfied. Here are a few paneer dishes for Navratri fasting: 

Paneer Tikka 

Marinated paneer cubes grilled with vrat-friendly spices like rock salt and cumin, served hot with fresh mint chutney. 

Paneer Kuttu Pakora 

Crispy fritters made with paneer slices coated in kuttu (buckwheat flour) batter and shallow fried, perfect for a snack.
