1 cup Flaxseed 1 cup White sesame 1 cup Peanuts ½ cup Jeera ½ cup Coriander seeds Salt as per taste ¼ cup Red chilli powder
Separately, roast each ingredient listed. As a first step, powder some cumin and coriander seeds with some salt and red chilli.
The next step is to combine it with other roasted ingredients and grind them into a powder. The salt level can be checked and adjusted if necessary.
