Sprinkle over sheet cakes, avocado toast, add to your granola bowl or smoothies, this seed mix is a powerhouse of micro and macro nutrients.
¼ cup sunflower seeds ¼ cup pumpkin seeds ¼ cup flax seeds ¼ cup sesame seeds ¼ cup hemp seeds ¼ cup chia seeds 1 pinch sea salt
Add all the seeds, except the hemp and chia, to a bowl filled with salted water and soak them overnight. Rinse thoroughly the next morning.
Pat dry most of the water and add them to a dry pan on low heat and toast them until the moisture evaporates completely.
Add the hemp and chia seeds, once toasted, and mix well.
