1 cup whole wheat flour Salt to taste Water as per requirement Ghee as per requirement

Take a bowl and add flour, water, and salt. Mix everything together and form crumbs.

Add water to combine everything and make a smooth but stiff dough. Now, keep the dough to set for 12-15 mins.

Now, take a large portion of the dough. Roll the dough ball and make a thick round roti.

Apply ghee on one side of the roti and cook on tawa. Flip the roti and start pinching on the top. Make a pattern.

Flip the roti and cook from the patterned side. When both sides turn brown, remove it from the tawa using a tong.

Place the roti on the direct flame. Evenly cook the roti on the sides till it is evenly cooked from both sides.

When done, pour ghee on the roti and serve with the sabji.
