Make a cold and fresh filling of carrots, green onions and shredded chicken. Cream it up with some mayonnaise and dunk it into a sandwich.
Hung curd is a healthy way to add a creamy touch to your sandwich. Whip it and mix with chopped carrots and peas. Slather on bread and enjoy.
While the Russian salad is prepared as a side dish with potatoes, pineapple and peas, it can also work well as a sandwich stuffing.
