So we all know that a bowl of oats and fruit is a great way to start the day. But what if you prefer your meals savoury? Here are 8 creative savoury oat dishes that you can try out.
Start with plain oats, add a pinch of salt, and top with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and a poached egg.
Mix oats with olive oil, garlic, and oregano, then add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese.
Spice up your oatmeal with taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and avocado slices.
Cook oats in a fragrant curry broth and garnish with yoghurt, cilantro, and a sprinkle of garam masala.
Blend coconut milk into oats, then garnish with peanuts, lime, and a dash of sriracha sauce.
