Why just load up your samosa with potatoes when you’ve got other fillings too. Here’s how the crispy snack can be made fit for all meat lovers.
While eggs are definitely a great for breakfast, they can be scrambled into a bhurji and stuffed inside the samosa dough for a delightful snack.
Add chunky bites of chicken to your conical pastry with this chicken samosa recipe. Spruced up with onions, coriander and green chillies, pair them with tomato ketchup.
Just like keema is prepared as a main dish, minced mutton can be added to your samosa sheets too. Wrap it inside the dough and fry until golden-brown.
These are packed with a ground chicken filling, flavoured with fish and soy sauce but what makes them stand out is the paper-thin dough, that lends it a crispy exterior.
Made with ground beef, onions and potatoes, these samosas are filled with the flavour of fresh ginger, garlic and curry powder. Serve hot with mint chutney for best taste.
