Not Adrak Chai, This Winter Soothe Yourself With Ginger Milk

There’s a reason why ginger is the most beloved winter spice. It is packed with antioxidants that can help keep seasonal cold, cough, and sore throat at bay.  Here’s how to make winter special ginger milk 

Ingredients

2 cup milk 1 ½  teaspoon ginger cubes or grated ginger 2 pinch black pepper 1 pinch cinnamon Jaggery powder, as per taste 

Step 1

In a saucepan, boil milk with ginger for 4-5 minutes. Add black pepper and cinnamon and switch off the flame.

Step 2

Let it cool down for 1 minute and add jaggery powder or grated jaggery and mix well.

Step 3

You can also add some dry fruits or saffron strands for deeper flavour and texture. Enjoy the warm ginger milk.
