250 gm Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup grated Coconut 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Cup Milk 250 gm Nolen Gur (Grated or melted) 1 Tsp Baking powder 1/2 Tsp Baking soda 1/2 Tsp Cardamom powder 1 Tbsp Vinegar Dry Fruits of your choice Pinch of Salt
In a mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients milk, vinegar, oil, jaggery one by one and whisk until everything is well combined.
Next sieve in all the dry ingredients whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder, salt into the prepared liquid mix.
Now mix the batter using cut and fold method, keep mixing untillyou get a lump free silky texture
