No Time For Breakfast? Snack On These Healthy Munchies Instead

Often, we are in a rush to head to work in the morning and tend to skip breakfast. Instead of keeping your stomach growling, munch on these healthy snackables. 

Almonds 

Haven’t we all been through the soaked almonds phase during school days? Time to restart the practice because turns out, they’re quite filling and healthy. 

Eggs 

The protein-rich eggs are a great way to keep you satiated for long and keep junk snacks at bay. Boil two or three eggs and season with salt and pepper and enjoy. 

Peanuts 

Another nut that cannot escape your bowl is peanuts. Low in carbs and a great source of fibre and healthy fats, it is not just the nut but the peanut butter that is great too. 

Banana 

Having 2 bananas can surprisingly keep you full for longer. Don’t go through the hassle of making something out of it, the fruit is good as it is. 

Roasted Chana 

Full of protein and fibre, chana or chickpeas are a great snack to munch on. Lightly roast them with salt, red chilli powder and pepper. Enjoy these crunchy bites all day long. 

Yoghurt 

A bowl of fresh yoghurt, mixed with honey or a small tsp of sugar can do wonders to your day. It keeps you cool, energized and active throughout the day. 

Protein Bar 

Homemade protein bars, filled with nuts and oats are a delicious and healthy snacking item that can be a great alternative when skipping breakfast.
