No Sugarcane? Make This No-Sugarcane Juice At Home

Ingredients

1 cup jaggery 1/4 tsp black salt 1 tbsp lemon juice Handful of mint leaves 2 cups water Ice

Step 1

Take some water and soak jaggery into it for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a blender, add soaked jaggery, mint leaves, black salt and lemon juice.

Step 3

Blend everything together.

Step 4

Strain the syrup in a glass and ice cubes.

Step 5

Garnish with mint leaves and serve!
