Many devotees give up onion, garlic, and meat during Navratri, leaving them struggling to make regular recipes. What if you can enjoy your staple poha without onion? Check out the recipes and experiment at home.
2 cups poha ½ cup shredded cabbage ½ cup carrot ½ cup peas ½ tsp turmeric Salt to taste 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp oil 1 green chilli ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Heat oil in kadhai and add mustard seeds to it.
Drop in shredded cabbage, par-boiled peas, and carrots.
Add turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, and red chilli powder.
Once the vegetables are done, add soaked poha.
Sprinkle salt and let the ingredients cook on a low flame with the lid on.
Toss poha gently, garnish it with coriander leaves, and serve.
