Are you bored of eating the same meal for the sake of healthy eating. We are here to include a healthy no-oil Frittata which can be made with eggs, spinach and veggies of your choice. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes. Follow this recipe step by step to achieve Frittata at home.

6 eggs ½ cup diced bell peppers ½ cup diced onions ½ cup diced tomatoes ¼ cup diced mushrooms 1 cup chopped spinach Salt and pepper to taste ½ cup grated cheese 3 tbsp milk 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp red chilli flakes ½ cup broccoli

Wash the veggies and keep it aside. Take the veggies and leafy greens and chop all of them.

Take a bowl, crack open the eggs and whisk them with salt and pepper.

Add milk to the eggs and whisk well. Add the veggies.

Place parchment paper and over the mixture over it. Make sure to place the parchment paper in a way that it does not leak from the air frier basket.

Garnish with cheese and cook for 10-15 minutes.
