Slice Bhindi in the centre and stuff it with Besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and lemon juice. Saute the stuffed bhindis with oil, jeera, hing, onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt. Stuffed Bhindis with hot Rotis is the best combination ever
Cut Bhindi into small pieces and deep fry them until they are crisp and brown. Mix red chilli powder and salt when hot. Try it with dal chawal and you are never going back to anything else
Saute some oil, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, methi, curry leaves, ginger, dried red chilli, onions and bhindi. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and sambar powder. add the mixture to cooked toor dal and let it boil. Your Bhindi Sambar is ready!
