Ingredients

1½ cups almonds flour ¼ cup oats flour ¼ cup cacao powder ½ cup pureed zucchini ½ cup almond butter ¾ cup jaggery powder 2 tbsp flax seed powder 1 tsp vanilla powder ¼ tsp rock salt 2 tbsp roasted walnuts

Step 1

In a bowl, add almond flour, oats flour, and cacao powder. Mix everything together.

Add pureed zucchini, almond butter, jaggery powder, flax seed powder, vanilla powder, and rock salt in another bowl. Whisk.

Mix in dry ingredients to this mixture and mix. Meanwhile, preheat an oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Line a baking tin with parchment paper and pour the batter.
