Garlic powder is among the main ingredients in many recipes, especially for marination, sauces, and dips. If your pantry has run out of garlic powder, here is how you can make it at home without hassle.
25-30 garlic bulbs Blend Airtight Container
Peel garlic bulbs and slice them. Thin slices dry faster than thick ones.
You can use a dehydrator at 52°C to dry garlic slices for 8-12 hours.
If you are using an oven, preheat it to 75°C and bake garlic for 1-2 hours.
Pour the slices into a spice blender or coffee grinder.
Sift the powder through a sieve to remove large chunks.
Store the garlic powder in an airtight container and use it according to your requirements.
