This No Flour Cheesecake recipe is a delicious alternative to traditional flour-based cheesecakes. This gluten-free cheesecake is a rich and creamy treat that will satisfy anyone's cravings without adding extra calories.

Ingredients

2 cups cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 eggs 1 cup sour cream ¼ cup heavy cream Fresh berries or fruit compote for topping (optional)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the sour cream and heavy cream until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the centre is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about 1 hour.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully chilled. Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve topped with fresh berries or fruit compote if desired. Enjoy your flourless cheesecake!
