2 cups boiled pasta 1 cup cashew paste 1/3 cup corn, boiled 1/3 cup red bell peppers, chopped ½ cup cucumber, chopped ½ cup lettuce, chopped ¼ cup parsley 2 tbsp roasted almonds 2 tbsp roasted walnuts Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Lemon juice, to taste

Place the cashew paste, salt, black pepper and lemon juice in a large bowl.
