20 biscuits ½ cup hot milk + 1.5 cup milk ¼ cup sugar 1 tbsp cocoa powder ¾ cup dark chocolate ½ cup fresh cream
Heat a pan and add in all ingredients expect chocolate. Let it boil and get thicker.
Remove from the heat and add chocolate. Whisk for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, dunk in the biscuits in hot milk and place them in the mould.
Pour the chocolate mixture and repeat until you reach the top.
Garnish with grated chocolate and serve!
