It's a pleasure to create and enjoy this luscious no-bake chocolate hazelnut cheesecake
140g unsalted butter 300g digestive biscuit 500g cream cheese 85g icing sugar 300ml double cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 15 hazelnut chocolates 4 tbsp hazelnut chocolate spread 25g hazelnuts
Melt butter for the cheesecake crust. The biscuits should be ground into a fine crumb. Add melted butter, and mix well.
Put the mixture into a cake pan and press it firmly into the bottom., while you create the filling.
Cream cheese and icing sugar are softened by beating them together in a bowl Whisk the cream and vanilla too.
Incorporate cream cheese into it. Stir in the chocolate chunks. Smooth with a spatula after spooning over the biscuit base.
Wrap the dish in cling film and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat the chocolate-hazelnut spread now.
Before spreading on the cheesecake's top, allow it cool slightly. Check each layer.
Add some chopped hazelnuts and the remaining chocolates for garnish. Serve & Enjoy!
