Satisfy your sweet tooth with this easy, no-bake chocolate cheesecake recipe. Making this rich and decadent dessert requires no oven and comes together in just a few simple steps.
500 gm chocolate wafer cookies, crushed into fine crumbs 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 500 gm cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 500 gm semisweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture to create the crust. Refrigerate until set.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Fold in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream. Gently fold it into the chocolate cream cheese mixture.
Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set.
Remove the springform pan sides and cut into slices.
