Beat digestive biscuits and in a bowl, mix butter, a little salt and sugar to it. Press it onto a tray and refridgerate it.
For the filling, beat your heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Keep it aside.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla extract and powder sugar until its creamy and smooth.
Fold in your whipped cream into the cream cheese mix and your filling is ready.
Spread the cream cheese filling on top of the crust evenly. Let it chill overnight.
Optionally, you can add your favourite seasonal fruits or berries. Merry Christmas!
