Shubman Gill, our young Indian opener just overtook Pakistan's Babar Azam as the no.1 ODI batman, as per latest ICC rankings. Here is his super diet which is responsible for this.

Fruits

Shubman makes sure that his breakfast includes fresh fruits. He also snacks on fruits.

Water

Liquid in the form of water is very important and Gill drinks 6-7 ltrs of water daily.
