1 breadfruit 1/2 tsp sooji seasoning 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 chaat masala Salt to taste 1 lemon
Take a breadfruit and peel its outer skin. Cut it into cubes or slices, whatever you want.
Take the breadfruit cubes and rinse them in cold water. Remove the stickiness and pat dry it.
Now, take the sooji seasoning (a mixture of semolina and some spices) and coat the cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot enough, start frying the cubes. Fry until they are brown and crisp.
When done, remove the cubes and let them cool. Remove excess oil.
Add a mixture of salt, red chili powder and chaat masala to the cubes. Toss them well.
Squeeze lemon juice if you want and enjoy the dish!
