The Russian nicolashka is created with a double shot of vodka, espresso powder, lemon and sugar.
40 ml cognac 1 lemon slice ½ tsp ground coffee ½ tsp caster sugar
Pour the cognac into the snifter. Place the lemon slice on top of the glass.
Then place sugar on one side of the slice and ground coffee on the other half. Enjoy.
