Oats are a healthy and versatile breakfast option that can be customised to your liking. With a little milk and your favourite fruits and nuts, you can make a nutritious breakfast bowl.
1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk 1/4 cup water Pinch of salt Chopped fruits Seeds and nuts of your choice
Heat some milk and mix oats, water, and a pinch of salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the cooked oats to a bowl. Sweeten with honey or sugar as per your choice.
Add your favourite chopped fruits, nuts, and seeds.
