As the weather changes, leaves turn yellow and brown while the water is getting colder. You will also soon start craving warm and comforting meals to go with a binge-watching session. Tomato soup is perfect for those nights. Here is how to make it at home.

Ingredients

4 tomatoes ½ cup water 2 carrots Salt to taste 1 tbsp fresh cream 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp black pepper ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Step 1

Boil potatoes and carrots in the pressure cooker. Keep them aside to cool off.

Step 2

Blend the ingredients in the food processor and sift through a sieve.

Step 3

Heat a pan and add butter to it.

Step 4

Pour the concoction into it and let it simmer.

Step 5

Season it with salt, turmeric powder, and black pepper before boiling it.

Step 6

Garnish it with coriander leaves and fresh cream before pairing it with soup sticks.
