Inspired by the potent rum blend consumed by the British navy in the 18th century, this mix of dark and light rums is a taste of the Caribbean.
30 ml dark rum 30 ml white rum 30 ml honey syrup 20 ml club soda, chilled 20 ml grapefruit juice 20 ml lime juice Garnish: mint sprig Garnish: lime wheel
Add all the liquids into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and pour over ice. Garnish with mint and lime.
