Singhare Aate Ki Poori is a popular dish during the Navratri fast made using singhara flour.
1 cup singhara aata 3 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed) ½ tsp rock salt, Handful of coriander leaves.
Take singhara aata in a big bowl, add the mashed potatoes followed by rock salt, and coriander leaves.
You can also add spices of your choice if you want. Mix all the ingredients well.
Knead the dough well. If needed, use a little bit of water. Once done, put the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile heat the oil/ghee, and after 10 minutes, make pooris and fry them until crispy and light brown.
