A tasty Indian snack for fasting, Farali Sabudana Bhel is made with soaked sabudana (tapioca pearls), peanuts, and spices. It's a crunchy, sour, and tasty treat for days when people are fasting for religious reasons.

1 cup sabudana (washed and soaked for 2-3 hrs) 1 tbsp oil ½ cup roasted peanuts 1 boiled potato ½ cup potato Lachha ½ cup pomegranate/ anaar 2 tbsp coriander leaves 3 tbsp imli chutney Sendha Namak to taste 1 tsp bhuna jeera

To prepare sabudana, soak it for 2-3 hours. Then, in a pan, heat some oil and gently roast the soaked sabudana for 2 minutes over low flame.

After removing the sabudana, place it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Combine all ingredients and serve with peanuts, anaar, coriander leaves, and aloo Lachha as garnishes. Serve immediately.
