The Navratri fasting season is the ideal time to make this Crunchy Falhaari Namkeen. Making a delightfully crunchy snack out of potatoes as well as nuts. With an air fryer, you can get perfectly crisp snack without using a lot of oil. If you're fasting for the festival, this is a delicious treat you can enjoy.

3 potatoes (peel and slice thinly) 1 tbsp oil 1 cup nuts of choice 7-8 curry leaves Sendha namak 1 tsp Sugar powder (optional)

Prepare a bowl of water for rinsing the potatoes.

Get them dry. Toss in 1 tsp oil, stir, and air fry at 180° for 10 minutes. Be sure to shake in the pauses.

Then, to the curry leaves and nuts, add a single teaspoon of oil. Air-fry them at 180 degrees for 4 minutes.

Combine the two, then stir in the sendha namak and sugar. Mix together and serve.
