Navratri 2022: Easy Recipe For Sabudana Khichdi

Prepare this vrat-friendly recipe for this Navratri.

Ingredients

1 cup sabudana, water as required, oil, ½ cup raw peanuts, 1 potato (peeled), 1 green chilli, curry leaves, salt

Step 1

Rinse and soak sabudana for 4-5 hours.

Step 2

Heat oil and roast peanuts until golden brown then add potatoes and until soft.

Step 3

Then add sabudana and season with salt.

Step 4

Then cook until most of the pearls turn translucent.

Step 5

Then switch off the heat and enjoy.
