Mango cake is a vibrant and delicious sweet treat that is perfect to enjoy as a dessert after any meal. Here is an eggless version of this yummy cake.
2 cups all-purpose flour 2 mangoes (pureed) 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp curd 1 cup sugar A pinch of salt Few drops of vanilla essence Whipped cream
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Keep it aside. Mix oil, butter, sugar, curd and mango puree.
Wisk well till sugar is completely dissolved. Sift the flour mix through a sieve and add to the wet ingredients. Combine well till you get a smooth consistency.
Add mango chunks from the other mango. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and mango slices.
