Paratha is a classic Punjabi flatbread, which is now a popular breakfast option across the globe. For a light and easy breakfast, you can make namak ajwain paratha in just a couple of minutes.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds) 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon oil Ghee for cooking
Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and ajwain. Add water and knead a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for a few hours. Take small portions of the dough and roll into circles.
Heat a tawa, drizzle some ghee and cook the paratha till golden brown on both sides.
Once crispy, serve with chutney and achaar.
